Sexuality, Eros & Vital Energy Retreat

It comes from that deep and meaningful relationship with oneself that is necessary for a healthy loving connection with another—it is also responsible for the quality of attention and energy we bring to everything we do in our lives. The sexuality of Eros as a poetic necessity of the soul—and a call to its unique destiny.

The retreat is aimed at those who wish to approach their body and their sexuality in a new way, but also at people lacking desire or suffering within the sexuality of the couple; feelings of guilt, shame... in the relationship with one's body and intimacy; blocks to creativity and vitality capable of leading to states of inertia; people who have experienced abuse.

THE RETIREMENT PROGRAM:

• Learning to feel and cultivate the subtle centers using movement, music, and awareness, we explore and dance with the chakras. We open and express the energy of each of these seven esoteric centers with love, trust, vulnerability, wholeness, and authenticity. Each chakra has its own frequency and message, and allowing these specific qualities to shine can bring alignment, healing, and ecstasy to the whole being.
• Learning to reject outdated self-perceptions, at all levels: Deep relaxation and whole-body regeneration exercises, aimed at dissolving physical and emotional blockages
• Becoming Aware of Your Desire for Authentic Expression: Exercises to Revitalize the Abdominal and Pelvic/Prostate Region
• Exercises to identify our body's pleasure centers and thus learn to cultivate energy, awaken and maintain vitality and desire. The word desire comes from the Latin "de sidere," meaning "of the stars." "Sidere" comes from "sīdus" and "sideris," meaning celestial body, star, or constellation.
• Exercises in sensory rediscovery of one's own "body landscape" and that of "the other" & learning to cherish one's own limits.
• The masculine/feminine polarity (Yang and Yin) in the bodily, somatic, energetic, sexual and sacred dimension of the person.
• Start living like love rather than living for love

No nudity during this retreat. Open to women and men.
