About the event
The retreat is aimed not only at those who wish to approach their body and sexuality in a new way, but also at people with problems of libido and couple sexuality; feelings of guilt and difficulties in the relationship with one's body and intimacy; blocks to creativity and vitality capable of leading to states of inertia; people who have experienced abuse.
THE RETIREMENT PROGRAM:
- Learn & Feel the subtle centers and deep energies of the sexual centers
- Deep relaxation and full body regeneration exercises, aimed at dissolving physical and emotional blockages;
- Exercises to revitalize the abdominal and pelvic/prostate region
- Exercises to identify the pleasure centers of our body and their relationship to vitality and desire
- Exercises in sensory rediscovery of one's own “body landscape” and that of “the other”;
- The masculine/feminine polarity (Yang and Yin) in the bodily, energetic, sexual and sacred dimension of the person.
No nudity during this retreat.
