Who am I really, deep down? What is the meaning of my existence? Am I in the right place? What is the meaning of what I am experiencing in the present? How can I retouch this part of innate intuition?

About the event
These questions touch the core of the being and initiate a transformation. The body that we are, just like the soul that we are, wants to express itself safely. During this retreat, we will experience the soul in its physical, emotional, and intuitive dimensions, because experience is the only possible place for an opportunity for deep, inner transformation.
In each exercise or practice, we seek to become permeable to this soul: Release, letting go, availability, presence, vulnerability...
For this initiatory retreat, we will use different mediums: Energy treatments, guided visualizations & drawing, movement & body therapy, sound frequency, myth, work with clay.
Sophie Dufour, sound therapist, will accompany me - @baindegong_sophie
What to bring: Yoga mat or sheepskin, blanket, notebook, pencils, a block of clay, body paints or makeup, object(s) that represent(s) your initiation.
Location: Switzerland (30 min from Lausanne)
Date: April 18-21
Schedule: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Price: 600 Swiss francs (accommodation and food are at the participants' expense)
