About the event
We can only reclaim what is most precious to us when we recognize what we have given in to: pressure, compromise, restraint, abuse, self-sabotage, guilt, regrets, expectations... The body is a living narrative, an interconnected web of our physical, emotional and spiritual experiences... from here and before. Every organ, bone, body part, movement tells of an energy, a feeling, a memory that attracts our attention and seeks to express itself, while revealing our higher consciousness. This retreat will be a physical, creative & vibrational exploration & transmutation as well as the exploration of your soul in its mystical definition. By crossing different mediums (energy healing, guided visualizations, writing, drawing, voice, movement and body awareness, somatic & vibrational release) listening to the body and listening to the heart, nourished by group sharing, the metaphors are revealed.
